COST:

• $80.00 per child ($20.00 per session)
• FAMILY SPECIAL:
  2nd child $15.00 per class per session
  3rd child $10.00 per class per session
  1 parent to attend all sessions FREE

WHAT TO EXPECT:

To get your 'sticky little fingers' into some good fun learning how to cook!

On arrival each child will be fitted with an apron and personalized paper chefs hat to use during classes.

A demonstration of the day's recipe will be presented before the children get stuck into cooking it themselves.

Each child will take home what he/she has made at each class and a recipe page for their recipe folder to duplicate what they have learned at home.

We will put emphasis on safety in the kitchen, good hygiene and cleanliness.

Children will learn a variety of things from basic social skills working with other children; math skills by measuring solids and liquids; science by observing how temperature changes the properties of food; language, culture, and customs by learning international recipes. This will ultimately, leave the little chefs with a higher level of self-confidence and self-esteem. However, the greatest aspect about learning to cook is that they will have fun!

A parent/guardians supervision and involvement is a necessary requirement and will promote a great opportunity for one on one interaction and family fun in a relaxed environment.
