• Saturdays
• 1st Class: 10:30am - 12pm
• 2nd Class: 1pm - 2:30pm

Series II - 9th, 16th, 23rd October

• Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls
• Pineapple and Coconut Pane Cotta with Passionfruit Coulis
• Toasted Fruit and Nut Granola (Muesli)

Series III - 6th, 13th,  20th November

• Vegetable Spring Rolls
• Risotto Balls
• Chocolate Fondue and Strawberry Kebabs
• Fetta and Spinach Fillo Pastries

Festive Season Series - 4th, 11th, 18th December

• Cherry Coconut Chocolate Slice
• White Christmas Slice
• Gingerbread Cookies

LOCATION: Surfside Kitchen Garden Enter from Shell Rd, Ocean Grove (at rear of Surfside Primary School)

Includes:

• 1.5 hour Gourmet cooking demo & class

• All ingredients

• Apron to wear

• Take home chefs hat

• Recipes

COST:

• $20.00 per child per class
• FAMILY SPECIAL:
  2nd and 3rd child $15.00 each
  FREE for 1 Parent to attend all sessions which is preferred
• Book and pay for a full series and child receives Recipe Folder and Certificate of Completion.
